What does your set up look like?

• We require a table and chairs for most events

• We are able to provide our own table and chairs if necessary

• For any activity-based add-ons and crafts, please plan to provide an additional space

How many stylists can we expect at the event? 

• Most events will have 2 stylists

• For events with more than 15 guests, we will provide additional stylists

• Please let us know if you are expecting more than 15 guests as soon as possible

What is the party process?

• Each stylist at the event will fully complete each guests' makeovers, one at a time

• We usually work with two guests at a time, or more depending on how many stylists are at the event

• Activity-based add-ons and crafts usually take place simultaneously, in a separate space

• We can always help the guests with their crafts in between makeovers

How long does tinsel last?

• Our hair tinsel is hand-tied at the root of the hair and can last anywhere between several weeks and months depending on hair care and thickness

• It's completely heat and water safe and will fall out naturally over time

• For longer lasting tinsel, avoid pulling the strands and aggressively brushing at the root

• To remove manually, find the knot at top and carefully drag out the strands

How long do the braids with unicorn hair last?

• The braids will last 2-3 days or longer with proper care

• For longer lasting braids, sleep with a silk bonnet or pillowcase and reapply hair gel as needed

• As the hair cannot be fully cleaned with braids, we recommend starting with freshly washed hair and removing the braids before the next hair wash

Do you have a storefront?

• No, we are completely mobile

• We travel to homes and other party venues all around NJ and other select locations

• There is an additional travel fee for locations outside of Bergen County, NJ

Which payment methods are accepted?

• We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, or cash

Are there any services for boys?

• Yes, we have many glitter tattoo and face paint options for boys

• Our DIY paper crowns are a fun add-on craft for parties with boys as well

• We recommend our Color Craze package for evenly mixed groups

Do you come to pool parties?

• Yes, we recommend tinsel for pool parties because it is water safe and long lasting

Do you have experience working with curly hair?

• Yes, our stylists have experience with all hair types

Do I need to pay a deposit?

• No deposit needed, payment is due in full at the end of the party
